We held a Murder Mystery Dinner on Saturday 25th March 2017 during which €950 was raised for the Irish Community Air Ambulance, a resounding success in my opinion.

"Scholarship for Murder" was written and performed by Glengarriff Youth Theatre Group, who were excellent as actors and were able to think on their feet when quizzed and 'bribed' by the participants in an attempt to solve the mystery. Prizes were awarded for the table who gave the best solution as judged by the young actors. A prize was also awarded to the actor who 'won' the most 'bribe money' all of which was put in the fund.

There was a real buzz in the room all evening. The food provided by Lions Erin and Debbie was excellent.

Jerry Desmond took some action photos which show the atmosphere very well.

Here we are presenting Ann Kelly from The Irish Air Ambulance with a cheque for €1050.00 from the Bantry Bay Lions.
