Awards for Several Lions

On Sunday 22nd September Bantry Bay Lions held an Autumn Lunch Party in the home of one of or members.

We were doing this to give Lion Jerry Desmond a bit if a 'Send Off' because he is moving away and leaving Lions after many years of service both at Club Level and with the District.

The Club presented him with a hand made pen in appreciation of his service.

As a surprise for Jerry we invited Past District Governor and Past International Vice President Teresa Dineen to join the party.
Teresa arrived with a Certificate of Appreciation from International President Fabrício Oliveira which was a surprise for us all, and very much appreciated by Jerry Desmond.
