This is a Charity Cycle Ride and raises a good bit of money for many charities. This year it took place on the 13th July.

Bantry Bay Lions support this by running the BBQ at the Fire Station in Bantry, and helping the Food Station at the Coast Guard Centre in Goleen.

Somewhere in the region of 500 people enjoy this event.

St Patricks Day Parade

Submitted by bbl_admin on Mon, 18/03/2019 - 12:03

The Lions attended the annual Parade in Bantry with an improved Lion thanks to Peter Marran and his many little helpers. The new steel framework is lighter, and more stable, and easier to collapse and store.

The message "We are looking for New Members" was clear for all to see. Thanks to all who attended and Gerry Desmond for the photos.
